Custom Ticket Status

Allow subtickets to be displayed alongside their parent tickets in ticket view by adjusting the view settings. When enabled, subtickets of the currently displayed tickets are also shown, regardless of active filter conditions. This ensures that reports created from the current view include the full scope of work, covering both parent tickets and subtickets.

When navigating older versions of a file in Documents, view the complete approval history tied to that specific version, including who approved or rejected it, when, and any comments left at the time. This gives your team full traceability across the document lifecycle, strengthens audit readiness, and helps resolve any questions about past review decisions quickly and confidently.

After attaching pictures, documents, and other files to tickets, select the attachments to be excluded from any reports. This will ensure that only relevant data is displayed in the report.
